Introduction
I participated in Sharon Salzberg’s 28-Day Real Happiness Meditation Challenge again this year, writing a poem or other reflection on each day’s meditation practice.
Her daily “topics” were my Day markers. I didn’t always adhere strictly to what Sharon said or the meditation topic but wrote whatever came up for me after listening to the teaching and meditating.
Week One: Concentration
Week Two: Mindfulness of the Body
Week Three: Mindfulness of Thoughts & Emotions
Week Four: Lovingkindness
