    Marvellous photos. I wish we had Monarchs here. They can be found in Australia I believe, but I never see them in this area.

    When I lived in Los Osos, I lived near Monarch Grove, which is famous for the swarming monarch butterflies in the red and blue gums. However, I almost never see a chrysalis!
