sound map: Dawn Chorus (German Federal Cultural Foundation and many partners) People around the globe record the sound of songbirds at dawn and then upload them so that we can all hear local birdsong. You can go to the sound map and home in on a particular place to hear the uploaded recording of dawn birdsong from that place.
