cocktail recipe: The Spirits #101: The Strawberry Aviation ~ Yes we have no violette (Richard Godwin). Yes, WE have no crème de violette available in the state liquor stores here, but I bought maraschino liquor last week and will make this strawberry version very soon. (I’ve had the violette version at a restaurant and loved it.)
